Viewing Room

Welcome to the Media Viewing and Listening Room

At Connected, Seen & Heard, we believe recovery doesn’t need to be complicated. Our name reflects our purpose — to meet you where you are, truly listen, and help you build meaningful connections and a support system that works for you.

Alongside the recovery tools, media, and educational resources available through our platform, we also connect individuals with trusted support services within the community. Through experience across different levels of care — including inpatient treatment, residential programs, outpatient support, medical management, and peer-based recovery — we have developed relationships with providers who understand the realities of addiction and healing. When needed, we can help make transitions between levels of care feel safer, more informed, and less overwhelming. You do not have to navigate recovery alone.

Searching for help can feel exhausting and confusing. A simple online search for addiction recovery or support services can lead to hundreds of options, making it difficult to know where to start or who to trust. We believe that the most important part of recovery is the connection you feel with your support team — feeling understood, respected, and supported makes all the difference. To reduce the uncertainty, we have carefully identified recovery-focused resources that align with our values and approach.

We recognize that recovery is not one-size-fits-all. People heal in different ways and at different paces. That’s why we stay informed about a wide range of recovery paths — including evidence-based treatment, holistic and experiential approaches, peer support models, and accessible community-based options. Our goal is to make the process of finding help feel more approachable and less intimidating. We invite you to explore our curated list of community resources and take the next step toward healing with confidence.

The Addicted Mind

12-step programs can be helpful to some, but they can be ineffective for others, so the demand for alternative programs is continuing to increase. Smart Recovery integrates any methods that have been supported by scientific evidence, are self-empowering and are applicable in a mutual help group, including CBT, DBT, and ACT.
